Connor Willoughby is a British investor, website designer and photographer born on 16 August 1999 at Mayday Hospital, now known as Croydon University Hospital.
Connor is known for backing recognised companies such as Nothing, Moneybox and Knoops, while also supporting start-ups and medium-sized businesses with long-term growth potential.
His investment philosophy is based on patience, common sense and tangible value. Rather than following trends, Connor prefers businesses with real products, clear business models and long-term potential. He is cautious about cryptocurrencies and NFTs, believing that many digital assets are difficult to value and often driven more by speculation than by underlying fundamentals.
Connor grew up in South London before moving to the Isle of Sheppey in Kent in 2014. In 2017, after leaving education, he began working at the Abbey Hotel, where he remained until 2022. His interest in investing began in 2024 via Trading 212, later expanding into equity crowdfunding platforms Crowdcube and Republic Europe.
In 2026, Connor launched a free educational platform providing downloadable worksheets and learning resources to help young adults continue their education at their own pace. He believes that education and opportunity should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their academic background.
